Dispatch and Delivery Information

• UK orders
• Free postage to the UK on all products ordered online.
• Due to Royal Mail, pricing structure of large letters and packets, we will mainly send by large letters, which may involve in sending a number of envelopes for orders of 3 to 10 maps.
• Folded maps will be sent by First Class post, usually as large letters. Large orders may be sent by Parcel Force.
• Flat maps sent in tubes, cycle map holders will be sent by second class post as packets.
• Orders received before 15:00 hrs on a weekday will generally be sent the same day.
• We try to maintain adequate stock of all items, unless otherwise stated, there may be times that we run out of a particular map, we will make all effort to re-order as soon as possible. If an item is not in sock we will inform as soon as possible with an estimation of the expected delivery.
  You can off course cancel your order.
  We have extensive stock of OS Landanger and Explorer maps.
• Orders over 2kg maybe sent by parcel force.
• Orders over £30 will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, this will require a signature at your end.
• Orders over £100, and less then 2kg in weight, will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a next day delivery. Again this will require a signature at your end.
• Overseas Orders
• Overseas orders will be charged postage at approximately the cost. This is automatically calculated by the shopping system, by weight of each product.
• Overseas orders will be sent by Air Mail, generally 4 days to N America.
• If your country is not listed in the drop down box, on the page where you enter your address please email us first for clearance.
• The countries, listed in the drop down box, include North America, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand and a few others
