Outdoor Leisure Maps being replaced by Explorer's on 11 March 2002

OS have decided that they only want one 1:25k series map and this is going to be the Exporer (Orange covers),
it will replace the existing Outdoor Leisure (yellow covers) and the Pathfinders (green cover).
Most of the Leisure series will be replaced by Exporer's with a yellow flash on them.
Most of the Leisure Series will be replaced by an Explorer with a sheet number OLxx, where xx is the leisure series number
eg. Leisure Sheet 24 The Peak District White Peak Area will become Explorer OL24
There are some exceptions, mostly in Scotland, see table below
